Kinga Huzarski is Head of Regulatory Affairs at the Office for Investment: Financial Services (OFI:FS), seconded from the Bank of England’s Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) in October 2025.
She has held a range of roles across policy, supervision, regulatory operations and authorisations at the PRA. Prior to this, she was a Senior Policy Adviser at the Cabinet Office’s National Economic Council, and has also worked in structured fixed income at UBS and in the Financial Services practice at Boston Consulting Group. She began her career at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
Kinga was educated at Harvard University and the Harvard Kennedy School.
