Ross Bailey is a senior leader at the Economist Enterprise, where he works at the intersection of data, content and strategic insight helping organisations navigate complex economic, political, and organisational change. He has extensive experience leading large, global teams and working across functions, geographies and cultures to deliver transformation in high-pressure, stakeholder-rich environments. Prior to the EIU Ross was the Global Head of Data Distribution at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) where he played a pivotal role in the LSEG/Microsoft partnership. Ross has held leadership roles at Refinitiv and Thomson Reuters, where he successfully delivered multi year transformation initiatives focused on value creation and enhancing the client experience.
