Laura Catterick is Director of Resilience & Cyber at UK Finance, the body representing over 300 UK financial services firms, supporting members in navigating regulation and strengthening organisational and systemic resilience.

Within UK Finance, she leads the specialist policy team focused on operational resilience and cybersecurity, working with industry, government, and regulators to shape effective and proportionate frameworks and ensure members’ interests are reflected in policy.

She also co-leads the Cross Market Operational Resilience Group (CMORG) Project Management Office (PMO), coordinating cross market initiatives of collective action with the Bank of England and industry to strengthen systemic resilience, facilitate collaboration, and address sector wide operational risks. Laura is a Chartered Professional Accountant with extensive experience in risk, compliance, cyber, and transformation. She has held roles at Deloitte, PwC, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, and Mastercard.
