Sophie Mullenders joined Euroclear in 2025 as Head of Europe, UK & Data Product Strategy & Innovation at Euroclear. Before that, she served as HSBC Head of Custody Europe & Americas and Global Custody Europe Commercial Lead. Sophie also worked in the Product divisions of J.P. Morgan and RBC Dexia, covering custody, cash and liquidity, securities lending and FX. Sophie brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in delivering innovative solutions and driving sustained growth within the Product Management space.

Sophie holds a Master of Business Engineering of HEC Liege, Belgium, and a Master of Finance from KU Leuven, Belgium.
