I joined the National Crime Agency (NCA) 3 years ago as Senior Manager within the National Cyber Crime Unit leading the TICAT team – Triage, Incident Coordination and Tasking. TICAT are responsible for leading the initial law enforcement response to the most serious cybercrime incidents impacting the UK’s businesses, charities and organisations. We work to contain, coordinate and mitigate the incident, working in partnership with our internal and external stakeholders to achieve best outcomes.

Prior to the NCA I was a career Detective and former DCI (30 years in the Metropolitan Police Service) investigating serious and organised crime across London. In my last ten years of service I pursued the prevention, disruption and investigation of fraud and cybercrime impacting the UK - protecting the most vulnerable from cyber scams, supporting businesses to increase their cyber resilience and building capability and capacity within our UK policing network.
