Delphine d’Amarzit is Chief Executive Officer of Euronext Paris and Member of the Managing Board of Euronext N.V.
With a career spanning both the public and the private sectors, she joined Euronext in March 2021 after serving as Deputy CEO of Orange Bank – the mobile banking arm of Orange, France’s leading telecoms operator – from 2016, following an extensive tenure in the French civil service.
Member of the Inspection Générale des Finances, Delphine d’Amarzit held a range of senior positions at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, notably as Head of the Economic Financing Department within the French Treasury. She also played a crucial role in shaping the public response to the global financial crisis as an adviser to the French Prime Minister between 2007 and 2009.
As the first woman to lead the Paris Stock Exchange, she has enhanced the appeal of the French market, uniting its stakeholders around the “Manifesto for Better Capital Market Financing for Companies: A Call for Action” in March 2025, during Euronext’s 13th Annual Conference. She also contributed to the report on the development of European capital markets, chaired by Christian Noyer and published in April 2024, as a member of the expert committee.
She holds a degree from Sciences Po and a Master’s in Business Law from the Panthéon-Sorbonne University, and is an alumna of the prestigious École Nationale d’Administration (Victor Schoelcher class).
