Jamie is a Corporate and Capital Markets partner based in London and is Global Co-Head of Equities, which includes IPOs and secondary capital raising, and wide-ranging advice to late stage/high-growth pre-IPO companies, covering in particular capital raising, corporate structuring, equity investments and governance. He has been instructed on all sides of capital raising transactions, including by corporates, private equity funds, shareholders and underwriting banks. He has been instrumental in bringing numerous IPOs and secondary capital raisings successfully to market including under challenging regulatory and market conditions and has been involved in many high-profile public and private transactions.

Jamie sits on the UK Government’s Listings Taskforce, the FCA’s Listing Authority Advisory Panel and CityUK’s Capital Markets Group.
