Philip Noblet is Co-Head of UK & Ireland Investment Banking at Jefferies with over 30 years of UK domestic and cross-border M&A and Corporate Finance experience in London and New York.

Prior experience as Co-Head of Global Banking UK at HSBC, Co-Head EMEA Mergers and Acquisitions at BAML, Co-Head of EMEA Financial Sponsors at Merrill Lynch and Co-Head of US Mergers and Acquisitions at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell.

Broad experience across multi-industry sectors of business services, transportation, aerospace & defence, chemicals, diversified industrials and retail. He specialises in complex cross border and major UK public and private equity transactions.
