Sarah-Jayne Dominic works in the Regulatory Standards division at the FRC which issues accounting, audit, assurance, actuarial and corporate reporting standards and guidance, and sets the UK’s Corporate Governance and Stewardship Codes. She specialises in sustainability reporting and is the head of the secretariat to the UK Sustainability Disclosure Technical Advisory Committee. This committee was formed to provide government with advice on the endorsement of standards issued by the ISSB for use in the UK. She has also been working with government on sustainability assurance related matters.
Before working at the FRC, Sarah-Jayne worked at the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), which sets sustainability reporting standards, and prior to that had various roles in financial and non-financial reporting and assurance, and risk management at PwC in London, Sydney and NYC. She is both a Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland) and a member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment.
