Alan heads the Financial Infrastructure & Artificial Intelligence Officer at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). In this capacity, Alan leads the development of strategies to drive digital transformation across the financial industry, and spearheads programs to foster responsible innovation in AI and Asset Tokenisation. He oversees MAS’ initiatives for the advancement of digital public infrastructure and platforms for open finance.

Prior to this, Alan held various leadership roles in the private sector including management consulting and software development across Asia Pacific.
