Andrea serves as COO for the Asset Management arm of Laser Digital (Nomura Group) and advises on all the structuring initiatives at the firm.
Andrea joined Laser Digital in 2023, after having led international regulatory expansion projects as well as fund tokenization at the world first digital asset bank.
Andrea started his career as financial regulation and structuring lawyer, having structured/advised on the launch of more than 30 regulated funds and several investment firms before moving in-house as Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs for a boutique asset management firm.
Andrea was involved in the structuring of the first digital assets funds since 2017. He has supported institutional and crypto native firms in their regulatory strategy, market access as well as target operating model development across multiple jurisdictions (including Switzerland, UAE, UK, EU and offshore jurisdictions).
