Lyndon Subroyen is the Group Chief Digital & Technology Officer and member of the Global Executive Team at Investec. He is also Group Head of AI.
With his early career as a trained software engineer, Lyndon has held various senior technology and business roles at Investec in diverse geographies. He was appointed the first Group Head of Digital at Investec in 2013 , with the responsibility of unifying digital experience and helping to seed new digital ventures. He is a member of Investec’s venture fund investment committees.
Lyndon is an active member of the UK Finance Digital Board, and Chair of the UK Finance AI Policy Committee.
He holds an executive MBA from Harvard.
