Speaker Bio
Tim Bradshaw has been reporting on the technology industry at the Financial Times for more than 15 years. He started out in London as digital media correspondent, as Facebook and Twitter grew from start-ups into multibillion-dollar ad businesses, and traditional content companies were rewired by social media, piracy and streaming.
Then he spent nearly seven years in California as the beat reporter for Apple and other Silicon Valley companies, as well as covering the formative years of Uber, Airbnb, Oculus VR, WhatsApp and Bird. Now based back in London as global technology correspondent with a broad corporate remit, he covers both Big Tech and start-ups, with a current focus on AI, semiconductors and gaming.
